Meet the Team
Mind Calm coach, meditation guide and massage therapist, Nerys has almost 20 years experience in health and wellbeing, She is passionate about helping people to build their own self-care practice and create inner calm and is never found without an essential oil blend on hand.
Graduating as a chiropractor in 2007, Gary quickly erred toward the gentler end of the chiropractic adjustments, and also qualified as a Kundalini Yoga teacher in 2010, teaching weekly yoga classes since then. Able to create space for people to relax into Gary will help you with breathwork, yoga and gentle chiropractic techniques to find the space in your body.
Hannah is our amazing retreat chef with tons of experience cooking in some pretty amazing places! Specialising in residential retreats, she has taken influences from all over the world to create a divine menu of vegetarian and vegan meals and snacks.

Your retreat venue is a beautiful house on the southern edge of the Roselyn Glen, with easy walks down to the river. There are stunning views across the Glen and large gardens to use, well sized rooms, a lounge area, dining table and if suitable an outside eating area.
